Who doesn't love Avocado toast? Easy to make, delicious and you can eat it anytime of the day. 

Avocado Toast with a twist

Prep Time: 10 minutes


  • Avocado (mashed)
  • Bread of your choice 
  • Arugula
  • Olive Oil
  • Lemon Juice
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Vegky Mushroom Jerky Original
  • Apricot
  • Pine Nuts (optional)


  • Start with the Arugula salad - on a bowl, drizzle arugula with olive oil, add a squeeze of lemon juice and a pinch of salt & pepper.
  • Toast the bread and spread the mashed avocado on it.
  • Add the Arugula salad
  • Top it off with Apricot and pieces of mushroom jerky
  • To add more flavor to it, you can sprinkle pine nuts
