Who doesn't love Avocado toast? Easy to make, delicious and you can eat it anytime of the day.
Avocado Toast with a twist
Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Avocado (mashed)
- Bread of your choice
- Olive Oil
- Lemon Juice
- Salt & Pepper
- Vegky Mushroom Jerky Original
- Pine Nuts (optional)
- Start with the Arugula salad - on a bowl, drizzle arugula with olive oil, add a squeeze of lemon juice and a pinch of salt & pepper.
- Toast the bread and spread the mashed avocado on it.
- Add the Arugula salad
- Top it off with Apricot and pieces of mushroom jerky
- To add more flavor to it, you can sprinkle pine nuts
