Is plant-based meat highly processed food?

Plant-based meats undergone processing such such as freezing, canning, drying etc. And on these processes it involves additives such as extra sugar, salt, or oil. Making you think that it is unhealthy because of the increase in saturated fat and sodium but with the right portion for consumption, this plant-based saturated fat is healthy in a balanced diet.
